Former Mayor of Phoenix Launches $500mm Real Estate Opportunity Fund
A former mayor of Phoenix has formed a company that will set up a fund targeting distressed real eastate opportunities in the Southwest.  The Phoenix-based firm, Southwest Next Capital Manangement, LLC is interviewing placement agents that would help raise $500 million of equity from institutional investors, funds of funds and other high-yield investors.
